If you simply access our website, if you neither register nor otherwise transmit information to us, general information is collected. These (server log files) include the type of browser you use, the operating system you use, domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address and other information. These are used exclusively for the purpose of ensuring a problem-free connection to the website and the smooth use of our website. Furthermore, the information is processed for the purpose of evaluating system security and stability or other purely administrative purposes. Although data is used for statistical purposes, it is not used to draw conclusions about your specific person.
Legal basis of the processing
The processing of your personal data is always based on our predominant legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO) in optimising the functionality and stability of our website.
Recipients of this data may be technical service providers who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of our website as part of an order processing (Art. 28 DSGVO).

Main cookie for tracking visitors. It contains the utk domain, start timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit) and session number (increments for each subsequent session). Storage duration 13 months.
This cookie is used to track a visitor’s identity and is transferred to HubSpot when the form is submitted and is used for deduplication. Storage period 13 months.
This cookie tracks the sessions. It is used to determine whether HubSpot should increase the session number and timestamp in __hstc. It contains the domain viewCount (increments each PageView in a session) and session start timestamps. Storage duration: 30 min.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
A pixel (also called a „web beacon“ or „pixel tag“) is a mostly invisible electronic image, usually no larger than 1 pixel x 1 pixel, that is placed on a website or in an email and used to view visitors‘ online behavior on the website or when sending emails. Web beacons are provided by third party vendors. A cookie may further be stored on your computer for these purposes.
We use the LinkedIn Conversion Pixel of the LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 West Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale CA 94085, USA („LinkedIn“) within our website for marketing purposes. This allows us to track the actions of users after they have seen or clicked on an advertisement from LinkedIn. So, we can track the effectiveness of ads for statistical and market research purposes, optimize our advertising, and improve targeting for the benefit of our users and customers (users see more relevant ads). Furthermore, this pixel serves to present interest-related advertisements („Ads“) to our website visitors in the context of visiting the social network LinkedIn or its advertising partners.
The data collected in this way is pseudonymous for us, which means that we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by LinkedIn, about which we inform you according to our level of knowledge. LinkedIn might associate this data with your respective account on the platform and might also use it for its own advertising purposes according to their respective policies.
The policies and opt-out options (disable these features) can be found here:
In order to protect the security of your data during data transfers, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Contract processors used
For the processing of your data we partly use specialized service providers. Our service providers are carefully selected and regularly checked by us. They process personal data only on our behalf and strictly according to our instructions on the basis of corresponding contracts for order processing.
Processing of data outside the EU / EEA
Some of your data will also be processed in countries outside the European Union („EU“) or the European Economic Area („EEA“), where the level of data protection may generally be lower than in Europe. In these cases we ensure, e.g. through contractual agreements with our contractual partners, that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed for your data (copy available on request), or we ask you for your express consent.
Changes to our data protection regulations
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration if necessary. The new data protection declaration will then apply to your new visit.
