At iC Consult, the seamless integration of individuals, the environment, and corporate accomplishments lie at the core of our CSR endeavors. This synergy is overseen by our Sustainability Board, the pinnacle of our sustainability governance.

Organization
The Sustainability Board is responsible for sustainability at the highest governance level. Its members are the Group CEO, the CFO, the COO and the CEO of Central and Southern Europe. The Board approves our sustainability strategy and the Sustainability Report, and decides on all sustainability matters of strategic importance for the company.
The Sustainability Team, led by the Head of Sustainability & Governance, puts the strategy into practice and reports on progress to the Sustainability Board every quarter.

Exchange with Customers and Suppliers
Our customers’ growing focus on sustainability, coupled with the dynamic regulatory changes that we are seeing globally, underscore the significance of our sustainability commitment. In our role as the leading consultancy, system integrator, and service provider for Identity & Access Management, we are an integral part of our customers’ supply chains. At the same time, it is essential we work on making our own supply chain more sustainable. We have thus developed, in close alignment with our own Code of Conduct, a Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines the foundation of our collaboration with suppliers.
For new suppliers, we use publicly available information. Where it is not available, they complete a questionnaire on sustainability, IT security and data protection. For our existing suppliers, we use a risk-based review. By 2030, 90% of our key suppliers should be assessed and meet our sustainability requirements.

Compliance
We comply with laws and regulations, no matter where in the world we operate. Our Code of Conduct anchors our corporate values and behavioral guidelines, encompassing our commitment to decent working conditions, fair competition, and a strict rejection of corruption, human trafficking, and slavery. Our Environmental Policy, which focuses on our environmental responsibility, supplements our Code of Conduct.
Our Human Rights Policy, our Purchasing Policy (with a section on sustainability) and our Information Security Policy complete the framework. Senior management and employees in sensitive roles complete anti-corruption training every two years.
Data Privacy and Information Security
As the leading independent IAM service provider, we are experts in data protection and information security. Safeguarding customer data remains a top priority for us.
Many of our companies and locations are certified to ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management). Our subsidiary Service Layers holds a SOC 2 Type II report. Details are in our Sustainability Report.
Reporting
As part of our commitment to CSR, we have been releasing sustainability reports, based on the GRI standard (Global Reporting Initiative), since FY 2022. The GRI standard is the most widely adopted sustainability reporting standard globally and allows us to comprehensively report our CSR progress.
iC Consult is not subject to the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and does not expect to become so. We report according to the GRI Standards by choice, because transparency matters to us. Our reports are based on a Double Materiality Assessment.

Raising Concerns
At iC Consult, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and protected. We believe that ethical behavior, fairness, and mutual respect are the foundation of our success and that it is our responsibility to uphold these principles not only within our organization but also throughout our supply chain and business relationships.
Whether you are an employee, supplier, business partner, or another stakeholder: If you experience or become aware of any misconduct, including but not limited to discrimination, (sexual) harassment, child or forced labor, corruption, or other unethical or unlawful behavior, we encourage you to speak up. All reports are handled sensitively, confidentially and investigated by trained professionals.
Our whistleblowing tool is run by an independent provider and also accepts anonymous reports. We confirm receipt within seven days and inform the reporting person of the outcome within three months. Concerns about workplace conduct, such as conflict, discrimination or bullying, can also be reported through this tool. They are then handled in line with our Safe Workplace Program (see Social).
