Munich, July 22, 2026 — iC Consult, the world’s largest independent provider of identity security services, today announced the appointment of Aaron Lentz as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In his new role, Lentz becomes a member of the company’s global executive leadership team.
As AI rapidly reshapes Identity Security, this new role strengthens the alignment between strategy, commercial execution, and technology innovation, bringing iC Consult’s business strategy, market positioning, partner ecosystem, and go-to-market execution under one unified direction. That focus lets iC Consult invest in the right capabilities and turn innovation into lasting value for clients as AI continues to reshape Identity Security. Lentz will lead iC Consult’s go-to-market and partner strategy and advance the company’s development as an AI-native organization. Working closely with the executive leadership team, including CTO Andre Priebe, Lentz will keep iC Consult’s strategy and execution moving in step as the company grows.
Lentz takes on the role after several years building iC Consult’s advisory business, most recently as VP of Advisory & Strategy. He combines deep Identity expertise with sharp market intelligence and the instinct to turn those insights into clear strategies that support iC Consult’s clients.
