In 2019, we committed to addressing the topic of sustainability head-on and have already achieved significant progress. A milestone in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts was the publication of our DNK Sustainability Report in 2020, which serves as both a commitment and motivation for future endeavors. We have been delivering on our sustainability strategy since 2021 and are seeing improvements on a daily basis.
We are aware that it is still at the beginning of our sustainability journey, but with a clear vision, the commitment of our leadership, and a dedicated team, we are ready to take on the tasks ahead of us.

Sustainability is a key priority for us. Our CSR Board, as part of the Executive Board, guarantees the strategic alignment of our vision and actions. At the same time our Code of Conduct, which provides specific guidelines for responsible collaboration, with clear processes and structures in place, ensures adherence and ongoing adaptation to regulatory standards.
