Talent Management

As a highly specialized company, we place a strong emphasis on both professional and personal development. Under the guidance of experts from our iCC University and iCC Academy, we offer an array of learning opportunities. Beyond product training, we also delve into areas such as data protection or CSR. Recognizing our rich cultural diversity, we offer language trainings to enhance inter-company cooperation and strengthen our community spirit.

 

To further create a sense of belonging we welcome our new colleagues at our three-day “IAM Bootcamp”, which takes place multiple times per year. Here, newcomers receive deep insights into our organization, undergo technical IAM training, and are given a platform to connect, network and become a part of iC Consult.

Our stance on the significance of diversity is anchored in our Code of Conduct, which sets out our principles for ethical behavior. We reject any form of discrimination based on, but not limited to, age, gender, sexual orientation, cultural background, religion, or any other characteristics.

Women at iC Consult

A notable challenge in the IT consulting industry is the underrepresentation of women. Currently, women comprise only about 20% of the workforce in our industry, which is similar to what we find at iC Consult. To increase the attractiveness for female professionals, especially in consulting roles, we are actively working on promoting gender diversity. Initiatives like a women’s mentoring program are in the works, and we are exploring avenues to appeal specifically to women and encourage them to join iC Consult.

Beyond in-house efforts, we also support external endeavors such as “Women in Identity”, which has the goal of making the industry more inviting for women at large. Women in Identity is committed to ensuring that the digital identity industry crafts solutions backed by diverse teams.

Employee Representation

For us, maintaining an open dialogue between management and employees is essential, which is why we initiated the Ambassador program in 2014. Our “Ambassadors” serve as a primary point of contact for addressing employee concerns such as corporate culture, employee morale, work atmosphere, and the collaboration dynamics between staff and leadership.

Moreover, through annual surveys, the “Ambassadors” gain a deeper understanding of the aspirations and needs of our employees. Their findings guide us in continually refining and enhancing the iC Consult experience for everyone.

Health and Occupational Safety

In addition to the standard company medical procedures accessible to all employees, we also provide options for coaching and support in the areas of psychology, stress management, nutrition, and more. Employees have the option to take confidential coaching sessions on resilience, fitness, energy conservation, and stress management, tailored to their individual needs, free of charge.

Furthermore, we offer access to a company fitness program and support our employees in staying healthy and fit.

Flexible Working

Flexibility in the workplace through options such as remote work, flexible working hours, and part-time models enhance equal opportunities and foster a balance between professional and family commitments. At iC Consult, we empower all our employees to organize both their work scope and schedule.
