Volker Witzel
Chief Executive Officer
Volker Witzel is the Chief Executive Officer of iC Consult Group and an accomplished leader in strategic and operational IT management, with a career spanning several years. Taking the helm at iC Consult Group in 2023, Volker leads our global efforts in Identity and Access Management (IAM), overseeing the company’s expansion.
Prior to joining iC Consult, Volker established and grew a global solution delivery unit comprising more than 1,300 IT professionals and directed Enterprise Architecture, cross-functional IT services, as well as internal digitalization efforts. He holds a master’s degree in Computer and Social Sciences and is passionate about digital transformation and customer success. As a proven leader and a strategic thinker, Volker is ready to lead iC Consult into the next chapter of growth.
Andre Priebe
Chief Technology Officer
Andre has been in charge of the product and service portfolio of iC Consult as the Chief Technology Officer since 2013. With 20 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, he ensures iC Consult’s leading position in cutting-edge technologies and the most efficient methods around Digital Identities. In addition to encouraging knowledge-sharing among the top experts at iC Consult, he advises our strategic customers in shaping their Identity Strategy.
As a globally renowned expert in CIAM, IoT, API and MFA, Andre has successfully built worldwide CIAM solutions with millions of users and devices and introduced MFA for more than 100,000 users in over 100 locations worldwide.
Andre holds a patent for DevOps-related IAM methodologies and has an engineering degree and an MBA.
Hila Meller
Chief Revenue Officer
Hila Meller joined iC Consult as Chief Revenue Officer in January 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management. Her career includes transformative roles at globally recognized organizations, including President and CRO at Fingerprints AB, Global CRO at BT Security, and leadership positions at HP, DXC, and CA Technologies.
Recognized as a thought leader in the industry, Hila is featured in Women Know Cyber: 150 Fascinating Females Fighting Cyber Crime and co-founded Leading Cyber Ladies, a global initiative promoting diversity in cybersecurity. Hila holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and an eMBA focused on technology and innovation. She is based in Milan, Italy, and is dedicated to driving innovation and growth in the dynamic IAM space.
Dr. Christian Emig
Chief Operating Officer
Christian is iC Consult’s Chief Operating Officer as well as the responsible CEO for the business in China and in Bulgaria. The cybersecurity and IAM expert has been working in Identity Management for almost 20 years and has been a part of iC Consult’s management team since 2009. During this period, he spearheaded a wide scope of critical external and internal initiatives: His achievements include the successful international expansion to China and Bulgaria as well as the optimization of HR, IT and Compliance strategies.
With his strong focus on IdM and Customer Identity, Christian led a series of bold projects in several key industries – among others, a much-noticed award-winning IdM project at a large logistics company and an innovative CIAM integration for one of Europe’s leading insurance providers.
Philipp Rönnberg
Chief Financial Officer
Philipp Rönnberg joined iC Consult as Chief Financial Officer in November 2024, bringing extensive international leadership experience. He is responsible for driving financial performance and supporting iC Consult’s strategic goals. With deep expertise in Financial Business Partnering, M&A and post-merger integration, Philipp’s diverse skill set aligns perfectly with iC Consult’s growth strategies, positioning him to guide the company through its next phase of development.
Philipp holds a degree in civil engineering and an MBA. Before joining iC Consult, he held leadership roles at leading global companies, including CFO for Hilti Canada, Head of Energy & Industry for Hilti Canada, and corporate M&A at Siemens AG. Most recently, he served as CFO at Mindcurv, an IT services provider.
Dr. Andreas Neumann
CEO Central & Southern Europe
Andreas is the CEO of iC Consult’s DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) organization as well as the subsidiaries in France and Spain. Before being named CEO of DACH in 2016, he was one of iC Consult’s Regional Leads and built the IAM Managed Services unit IAM Worx. As CEO of iC Consult France, founded in 2022, he played a key role in building the organization over two years. Prior to joining iC Consult, Andreas served as Head of Security Practices at Logica Germany (now CGI) and Danet (now Devoteam). He has been empowering mid-sized and large enterprise customers in the field of Identity and Access Management for more than 20 years.
Andreas has earned a PhD from École des Ponts in Paris, France, and a Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Hanover, Germany.
Jonathan Edwards
CEO Americas
Jonathan, appointed CEO of iC Consult Americas in 2023, brings over 20 years of experience in IT Support, IT Service Management, and IT Security to his role. He is responsible for leading iC Consult’s growth and expansion in North America, as well as broadening the IAM Managed Services, Implementation, and Advisory portfolio.
As a former identity engineer and architect, he has worked with leading IAM solutions and offers a unique perspective on the IAM journey. Prior to iC Consult, he served as Vice President of Business Strategy & Consulting at SecureITsource, a company that was acquired by iC Consult in 2021. There, he advised clients on developing long-term identity programs.
As CEO of iC Consult Americas, Jonathan’s expertise and vision will be crucial to expanding iC Consult’s reach and delivering exceptional value to customers. His focus on growth and innovation will ensure iC Consult Americas’ continued success in the evolving IAM landscape.
Chris Patrick
CEO UK & Northern Europe
Chris, who has been with iC Consult for almost five years, is responsible for the growth and development of iC Consult’s business in the UK and Northern Europe. Before he joined iC Consult, Chris held a number of leading positions at major IAM companies – from IAM Consultant to IAM Architect and Practice Lead. With his strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration, Chris always puts the customer’s success first.
Under Chris’ leadership, iC Consult’s UK business has grown rapidly, and his team has successfully concluded a number of exciting large-scale enterprise IAM projects for leading global financial organizations. Since its foundation in November 2022, he also manages the Belgian subsidiary and is responsible for the expansion of the local team, local projects and nearshore development.

Deborah Olivo
Managing Director Technology Advisory
Deborah has been working at iC Consult for over 24 years, starting her journey as an Access Management consultant, progressing to an architect, and now being the Managing Director of the Technology Advisory department and Senior Vice President of Access Management at iC Consult. Her key responsibilities include providing strategic technological guidance and expertise across the company and supporting the set up of complex projects for clients with her team’s support.
With her extensive background as an Access Management architect, Deborah has successfully designed, implemented, and overseen numerous complex AM and CIAM projects for leading global corporations across various industries, including automotive, insurance, and manufacturing.
Dr. Ulrich Domröse
SVP Enterprise Identity Management
Ulrich has taken over the position as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Identity Management at iC Consult in 2016. He started with the company in 2012 as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, bringing over a decade of prior experience from IAM vendor One Identity.
With over 25 years of experience in the IAM field, Ulrich has led numerous projects across various industries. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) at iC Consult and is involved in presales activities.
Passionate about IAM architecture, strategic planning, and exploring new technologies, Ulrich is dedicated to optimizing processes and reducing costs for clients. Outside the office, he enjoys climbing and traveling.
Andres Heckler
SVP Managed Services Europe
Andres is the Senior Vice President Managed Services and Managing Director Managed Services Europe, responsible for developing our managed services offering and building a global managed services structure. He joined iC Consult in 2016 as Regional Lead for Central Germany and later became CEO of the company’s support and operations subsidiary, which now forms the Managed Services unit.
Andres has a strong background in implementing and operating large-scale PKI infrastructures, password management, IGA/PAM systems, and more. He is passionate about ensuring stable, user-friendly systems, emphasizing the importance of effective operations in managed services. His expertise has helped customers create operational concepts and establish high-quality operations that guarantee the security and stability of critical systems.
As a tech and science enthusiast, Andres loves fixing and building things, especially cars in his car workshop at home. He is proud to work for iC Consult and values building strong partnerships with customers all over the world.
Torsten Schieber
Managing Director Business Consulting
Torsten has progressed through various roles within iC Consult, starting as an IT Consultant and progressing to Senior Business Consultant and Team Lead. Presently, he holds the position of Managing Director of Business Consulting, overseeing the Business Analyst and IAM Assessment Teams. His focus areas include strategy and process consulting, as well as cybersecurity regulations.
He is known for successfully bootstrapping IAM initiatives of varying scales, and guiding clients through the first decisive steps in IAM greenfield or migration programs. His background in the insurance and automotive sectors enriches his strategic approach, helping customers navigate the complexities of IAM with confidence and clarity.

Daniel Deckers
CEO Service Layers
Daniel joined iC Consult over 10 years ago. Before moving to Service Layers GmbH in 2017, he worked as an IAM consultant on various projects. He then laid the foundations of Service Layers, before further developing it as Product Owner alongside the team. Today, he is the CEO of Service Layers. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that Service Layers maintains the highest quality and security standards, while aligning its IAM services with the strategic needs of iC Consult’s customers.
